RESTORATION +
After a fire destroyed much of his Fifeville residence, Bill Jobes decided to think outside the box. For Bill, an energy-conscious passive house builder, this project became a study in sun shading solutions and upper-level living. A full second-story apartment sits above an office and guest quarters below. The project also offered Bill an opportunity to use many of his curated, salvaged materials from his more than 40 years of building.
